There are two swimming clubs on Portland :
The Tornados of South Dorset
and the
J.M.Swimmers
Both clubs use the facilities at the "Boscowan Centre" in Castletown.
These facilities, built originally for the Royal Navy, consist of a superb 25m pool, changing, and showering facilities. The facility is run by a local group, for community use.
